Every range below is a real seacoast band: a low, a typical middle where most jobs land, and a high end that belongs to complex multi-zone and whole-home work. Your exact figure is confirmed at your site visit, and the estimate engine will put you inside the band in 90 seconds. Industry survey data says 71 percent of homeowners prefer contractors who publish their pricing, yet only 20 percent do. This page is us picking a side. One more thing on purpose: these ranges reflect premium equipment installed right, Mitsubishi, Bryant, and Carrier. New Hampshire
NHSaves pays $250 per ton on qualifying heat pumps, capped near $1,250 for most homes. Enhanced rates of $2,000 per ton exist but only when replacing permanent electric-resistance heat. Income-qualified households may reach up to $8,000 through NH HEAR. We show these as a potential range on your estimate, never inflated, never assumed.

Massachusetts
Massachusetts is the strongest rebate territory in New England: up to $8,500 on qualifying whole-home heat pumps, income-based enhancements up to $16,000, and the 0% HEAT Loan up to $25,000 over 7 years. Whole-home rebates require an installer in the program's network, and JP Karos is a Mass Save Heat Pump Installer Network contractor. Maine
Efficiency Maine pays whole-home heat pump rebates of $3,000, $6,000, or $9,000 depending on income tier, with a $500 bonus on qualifying whole-home upgrades completed in 2026. We put the potential range on the estimate and confirm your tier before you sign.
