Do I need whole-home filtration or just a drinking water filter?
Depends what the test finds. Staining and odor usually mean whole-home treatment. Taste-only complaints can often be solved at the sink for far less. The test decides, not the sales pitch.
How often should a sump pump be replaced?
Plan on replacing a workhorse pump around the ten-year mark, sooner if it runs constantly. A battery backup is cheap insurance for the storm that takes the power out.
Can you service a filtration system someone else installed?
Yes. Bring us the model and a water test and we'll service it, or tell you it's the wrong unit for your water and what the right one is.
